We are a private pay facility that provides courtesy billing to your insurance for our out-of-network services. Payment is charged at the time of service, and our billing specialist will facilitate obtaining potential reimbursements from your insurance. We also provide a SuperBill upon request.

Our evaluation uses a combination of standardized and non-standardized assessments to establish a baseline for your child's current skills compared to similar-aged peers. They complete a variety of written table-top tasks and gross motor movements that address the following catagories:  sensory processing, fine motor and gross motor coordination, self-care, emotional regulation, and executive function. An evaluation takes place in person and snack and water breaks are encouraged as needed.  A report of the findings and treatment recommendations is provided within 2 weeks of the evaluation during a 30-minute parent debrief.

We target goals through play! For some children this includes obstacle courses to target bilateral coordination and strengthening, fine motor games to increase self-care independence, or sensory integration to boost regulation. Sessions incorporate the child's interests to keep it meaningful and fun. 

Parents must remain on-site during their child's sessions. We welcome you to join us in the session, and also understand if you need to step out for a break, work call, or other reason. 

We do offer Telehealth for parent consultations and to navigate illness, travel, and other accommodations.
